A Family Favorite

Judy Detweiler's Green Chilie
(this is a double batch)

Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts (cooked)
4 cans black beans
2 cans pintos
6-8 small cans green chiles
garlic
red pepper seeds 

Cook chicken in olive oil. Add all ingredients plus some water and cook through. 

Put on a bean burrito (pour over). Also can be eaten as soup with grated cheese, sour cream  and tortilla pieces on top.

Delicious any time of the year!

Mm! This sounds delicious! I will have to make it sometime (except in single batch, hehe).

Do you cut up in the chicken breasts?

Haha.... yeah, you could probably make a 1/2 of a single batch cause the double batch makes a whole big pan full!! I doubt your family would need even half that much (but I'm not gonna lie, the leftovers are amazing!)

Yep, you cut up (dice) the chicken breasts. Eatable size. ;) lol
