All About Matthew, Nate and Jake - Part 3

My family had the wonderful privilege of baby sitting Jake and his two older brothers Matthew and Nate for a little over a year. The whole family was wonderful to get to know and everyone enjoyed their company. Here are a bunch of pictures of the fun times we've had together:

The doctors say Jake probably won't walk because of his spina bifida. Someone gave us our goat when it was two weeks old and it was lame...

Now Jake is crawling like a pro (and will likely learn to walk, too!) and the goat is frolicking around in spite of a limpy leg. The innocent know no boundaries and cannot be deterred by the doubters.

When I found out that the family was moving to Oregon I decided to take lots of pictures.... It is good to have memories and pictures to keep them fresh.

Nate and Patrick always bring in the cows and do farm work together. I remember the first night the family came over to meet us Nate hopped right in the parlor and was helping me milk. He was so into his job that he slipped and fell right in a big pile of poop, got right back up and kept going!!!! ...that's when I knew he was a tough guy!

 Farming is the good life!

Lawn mowers are cool. Tractors are cool. Bulldozers are cool. We'd be here all day if I listed all the cool machines out there. :)

Well, we definitely miss these guys a lot. It's been about two months since they moved away but we know they will delight whomever they are around.

Their parents are keeping us updated and have sent us a few pictures of some fun times at the beach. It sounds like they are enjoying their new home already!
