As if Valentines Day isn't enough, today is
Sweetest Day. Companies tell you that you should get something for that
sweet person in your life.... and it made me wonder, what is the
sweetest thing that I, or anyone for that matter, could do?
Ephesians 5:2 came to mind, " And walk in love, as Christ also hath
loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to
God for a sweetsmelling savour."
Skip the jewelry, flowers and chocolates.
Living for Christ and walking in love?
Now that would be sweet.
...and obviously give the gift of honeycomb! Because it's just delicious! Proverbs 16:24 "Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones."
